The job

Multi-location restaurants were drowning in Google reviews and paper comment cards. Replies were late or copied. The owner could not see which branch was slipping until the rating had already moved.

Staff needed something that works on a phone at the pass, not a desktop CRM. Draft replies had to sound like the restaurant, in the right language.

What we built

QR at the table and a short in-store flow feed a single inbox. Locations, ratings and unanswered threads sit in one queue. Draft replies are generated, then edited — nothing posts without a person.

The manager app is the product. Web for the owner’s weekly view; mobile for the person on shift. We kept Google’s rules in the build so a “helpful” automation does not get the listing punished.

Where it landed

Owners see every location in one place. Staff answer from the floor. Drafts cut the time to a reply without posting as the brand unsupervised.

I run several kitchens. I do not sit at a laptop. They gave me a queue on my phone and drafts I will actually send — not a chatbot pretending to be us.
