Write like you would to a person. That is who will read it.

A few sentences are enough. Tell us what you are trying to ship. We will come back with questions — not a pitch deck, and not an automated thank-you that goes nowhere.

Two people talking through a product on a laptop

The first conversation is usually short. The useful part is that it is real.

How to reach us

Pick the door that feels easiest

Some people like a form. Some would rather send two lines on WhatsApp. Either lands with the same people. We have been in market since 2022 — the addresses below are the ones we actually watch.

  • Email

    info@lyrocode.com

Best if you want to attach context or loop in a colleague.

  • WhatsApp

    +92 328 4323603

Faster if you would rather talk than type a brief.

  • Book a call

    30 minutes on Calendly

Pick a slot if you would rather talk than write a brief first.

  • Hours

    US · UK · Europe

Typical first reply: one business day. Often sooner on WhatsApp.

  • Social

LinkedIn and Instagram — if you want to see the company before you write.

The form

Send a note

Budget and service help us route the reply. If you do not know either yet, leave them blank and write the problem in your own words.

After you hit send

What happens next

No sequence of calendars. No ‘our team will be in touch.’ This is the actual path from your note to a written shape of the work — or a clear no.

Someone on the team actually opening your note

01

We read it

A person on the team opens your note — not a bot, not a round-robin inbox nobody owns. We look at whether this is work we actually do: a product, a rebuild, a first version, an AI feature that has to work.

If the note is two sentences, that is enough to start. If you attached a deck, we still read the messy part you wrote in your own words. That is usually where the real job is.

A working conversation after the first message

02

We reply within a business day

Typical first reply is one business day. Often sooner on WhatsApp. You get questions, a clear yes, a clear not-for-us, or a time to talk — not a “thanks, our team will be in touch” that goes nowhere.

If something is urgent, write the word urgent. We overlap US, UK and Europe hours, so you should not wait until evening for a first human response. If we are the wrong team, we say that in the same window.

The first slice of work being scoped on paper and screen

03

If it is a fit, we write the shape of the work

A short written scope you can take or leave: what is in, what is out, a first slice, what it costs, and how we will demo. No pressure to book a demo before you know what you are buying.

You can send that note to a colleague, sit on it, or start. Most people continue. Some do not. Either way you should have a clearer picture of the work than you had when you hit send.

If you are stuck on the blank box

Three things that help us reply well

What you are trying to ship

A product, a rebuild, a first version, an AI feature that has to work. A few honest sentences beat a long deck.

Roughly when, and what is already decided

A date, a constraint, a stack you must keep. If nothing is decided yet, say that — we can start there.

How you like to talk

Email, WhatsApp, a Calendly call, or the form. We overlap US, UK and Europe hours. If something is urgent, write the word urgent.

A quiet desk where the work gets written

You do not need a perfect brief. We would rather have a messy true note than a polished one that hides the hard part.
