We put models into products people already use. That means retrieval over your data, tools the model is allowed to call, and a way to see when answers go wrong.
Python, FastAPI and LangChain sit next to the same Node or Go APIs as the rest of the product. We use OpenAI and Anthropic when they are the right model; Hugging Face, TensorFlow and PyTorch when you need something you can run yourself.
If a chatbot is all you need, we will say so. If it is not ready for production, we will say that too.
