Product Strategy & Growth
Strategy here is not a 40-page PDF. It is enough discovery to stop building the wrong thing, then we usually stay on to design and ship it. You can also stop after discovery if that is all you need.

What we cover
Before a large build we pin down who it is for, what success looks like, and what can wait. Prototypes and a sequenced plan keep the expensive part honest.

We work in Figma, Notion and Miro because that is where product conversations already live. Prototypes are React or Next.js when you need to feel the real thing. Analytics — GA, Mixpanel, PostHog, Hotjar — only if they will be read.
- Discovery that names the real problem
- UX in Figma you can click
- A sequenced roadmap
- Analytics that match the questions you actually have
In practice
- Workshops and written problem statements
- Flows and prototypes in Figma
- Clickable Next.js or React spikes when a static file is not enough
- Roadmaps with what can wait — not a wall of epics
- Google Analytics, Mixpanel, PostHog or Hotjar, set up to answer something
- Handoff into the same team that will build it
Technologies we work with
These are tools we ship with. We pick for the product and the team that will keep it — not for a slide.

Questions we hear a lot
- Do we have to buy a full build after discovery?
- No. Discovery can be a fixed piece of work. Most clients continue with us; some do not.
- Can you work alongside an existing product team?
- Yes. We plug in for discovery, UX and delivery. We are not here to replace your leadership.
- Is this only workshops, or do you still build?
- Both. Discovery can stand alone. Most clients continue into design and engineering with the same people. The Figma file is not a hand-off into a void.
