The job

Buyers in this market search by neighbourhood, budget and whether the photos look like the house. Generic listing grids hide the stock. Agents needed a way to publish without a CMS degree; buyers needed a page they could open on a phone.

Map pins, filters and galleries had to stay honest when the catalogue grew. Duplicate listings and stale “available” flags were the quiet killers.

What we built

Search is the product: city, type, price, rooms, then a map that only shows what the filters allow. Listing pages are built around the gallery and a short fact set — not a wall of agency boilerplate.

Agents get a simple publish path. We spent time on stale stock and duplicates so the map does not advertise a house that sold last month.

Where it landed

Buyers can share a listing that still looks right on a phone. Agents publish without waiting on a developer. The map and the filters agree with each other.

People here send a listing to their brother before they call us. The page has to work on WhatsApp. That is a higher bar than a pretty homepage, and they treated it that way.
